Fret board
You would think a fret board is fairly simple, but there are 5 major factors in your fret board: scale, fret board material, radius, width, fret size and material. Over the last 25 years, I've personally made close to 2,000 fret boards, so do think I'm fairly qualified to have an opinion on their construction. My most popular and therefore standard fret board is a 12 to 16 inch radius with a 25 inch scale length.

            Material
I have several woods available, usually in stock are: Ebony, maple, flame maple, bird's eye maple, zebra wood, lacewood, bubinga, and chechan (Caribbean Rosewood). Also available is cast acrylic, polished and buffed out, allows for extremely smooth string bends and requires no maintenance. There is no additional cost for any of these fret boards
     Radius
I always use a compound radius on my fret boards as it allows for lower string action. My most common radius is an 12-16 inch, however, I also offer 6-8 (vintage), and 8-12. With the abilities of CAD/CAM, I can offer you any fret board radius you choose, just ask.
       Scale
Since the Tone Pod system is designed to be interchangeable, I've also taken that philosophy to necks. I have scale lengths in 24 3/4", 25", and 25 1/2", necks are interchangeable on any of the Tone Pod standard guitars. Tone Pod travel guitars have the same scales available, but use a different neck joint.
     Width
I have been getting request over the years for wider nuts on my guitars. My standard width is 42mm (1 83/127") and I also offer fret board/necks in 44mm and 46mm widths. There are no extra charges for neck widths, 42 and 43 mm necks will come with Graphtech nuts, 44 and 46mm nuts will be cut and polished cast acrylic.
     Frets
I have just switched over to Dunlop fret wire and am currently stocking 6190 for medium frets. If you would like another fret wire size from Dunlop, please let me know and I can order it for your instrument.
